Industrial Controls and Robotics Technician Job Description
The Industrial Controls and Robotics Technician is responsible for assembling, building, and troubleshooting our robotics and vision systems. Though most of this work will be performed at our headquarters, this position will require the ability to travel to different client locations.
Duties Include:
- Assist engineers in design, configuration and application
- Build and/or program devices or AI systems
- Install and inspect AI systems
- Maintain service records
- Instruct clients on the use and maintenance of installations
Job Requirements:
- Associate's or 2-year degree in electromechanical, automation engineer technology or related field
- Previous experience working in a related field
- Good troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Knowledge of computers, robotic systems, electronics and engineering
- Able to travel
